The corrective power of the Cheneau-Gensingen Brace Shenoux-Gensingen（Photo blow） (scoliosis correction brace) is different from the current type（Photo above） shown in the photo below (the type with a thick outer frame and a pad on the back that pushes into the convex part of the scoliosis to correct it). First, the current angle of the scoliosis curve is measured using X-rays, and a special 3D camera is used to create a three-dimensional image of the shape of the trunk. In addition, use a tape measure to measure the required circumference at more than 10 locations, and create the shell (outer frame) based on this data. Its shape is created to press the scoliotic curve in the opposite direction, so the shape of the outer frame itself plays the role of stretching and correcting the convex part. Thanks to this, the brace itself is lightweight and thin, and while it has a firm force, it does not feel uncomfortable even when worn under clothing. Overseas, it is often used in combination with Schroth method scoliosis exercises. If you are having trouble getting used to your current scoliosis correction brace and are having trouble getting used to it, such as wearing it only at home or only while sleeping, please contact us. Staff who can speak English will assist you.
